FAQ

 Q. Is Bruise Erasure safe to use?
 A. Yes, when used as directed. The ingredients in Bruise Erasure are well known to
the cosmetic industry and recognized for their safety.
Q.  I have sensitive skin. Could this be a problem for using Bruise Erasure?
A.  There is always the chance of an allergic reaction with any product. Although,
neither local nor systemic reactions were reported with our testing, we suggest
applying the liquid to a small area first, and looking for any reactions like
itching, redness or pain.  If any of these should occur and are mild, Do Not Use
Bruise Erasure and apply an over-the-counter topical steroid like Cortisone-10
to the affected area and the symptoms should be resolved in less than 30
minutes.  If the symptoms do not resolve, seek medical attention.  In
the unlikely event of a severe reaction to Bruise Erasure, seek immediate
      medical attention.
What do I do in case of an allergic reaction?
Although allergic reactions are rare, they can occur with any topical product.
The most likely complaint is mild itching.  If this should occur, stop using the
pen and apply an over-the-counter topical steroid like cortisone-10, which
should stop the reaction within 30 minutes.  If this is unsuccessful, and the
      itching persists, seek medical attention.
Q.  Can I buy Bruise Erasure at the local drugstore or department store?
A.   No. Although we plan to expand into the retail stores, currently we only sell it
      online at: www.bruiseerasure.com.
Q.  Is there any guarantee with Bruise Erasure?
A.  Yes. If you are not satisfied, simply call customer service within 30 days of
purchase for return authorization.  Once the product is returned to us in the
original packaging, in unused condition, we will issue a credit to your original
      form of payment.
Q.  Can I use Bruise Erasure on my children?
A.  Because Bruise Erasure was not tested in children, we cannot recommend its
use in individuals under the age of 18.
